The questions we are asked most

What wood do you actually use?

Our range is built in solid teak (sagwan), mahogany and sheesham — not plywood, MDF or particle board with a veneer on top. You are welcome to inspect the timber at the factory before we start your order, and we will show you the joinery on a finished piece.

Can I get a custom size or design?

Yes. We are the manufacturer, so sizes, finishes, carving detail and cushion density are all made to order. Bring a photo or a room measurement and we will quote against it. Custom orders typically take 10–20 days depending on the piece.

Do you deliver and install?

We deliver across Chennai and the surrounding districts by road, and our team assembles the piece in your room. Delivery is charged separately and depends on the distance and the size of the order — we tell you the amount when we quote, so there is nothing added at the door.

How long does an order take?

Ready-stock pieces can usually go out within 2–4 days. Made-to-order cots, sofa sets and dining sets take 10–20 days depending on the design and the current workshop load. We confirm a firm date when you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, UPI and other online transfers, credit card and cheque. Orders are normally confirmed with an advance, with the balance settled on delivery.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 10 years on every piece we build. That is the confidence that comes from making it ourselves in solid wood: we know what went into the frame, and we are the ones who answer the phone if anything needs attention.
